Pizza Au Feu De Bois CHEZ DAN

I spent a weekend in Ales visiting a friend. My friend invited me for a pizza at Pizza Dan and I must say this is definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had. The dough is super soft on the inside and super crispy on the outside. The toppings are perfectly chosen and the amount is very generous. The pizza itself is very filling without making one feel stuffed. The staff and service is very kind and forthcoming. I’d definitely recommend visiting this pizzeria to anyone visiting Ales.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked dough and high-quality ingredients. I had the Buratta Pizza, and it was perfection on a plate. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft in the center, just like you’d find in Naples. The fresh buratta melted beautifully, and the tomatoes were rich and flavorful. You can really taste the difference in the quality of ingredients – everything was fresh and authentically Italian. The wood-fired oven adds that perfect char to the crust, giving it an amazing texture and flavor that’s hard to find anywhere else. Plus, the family atmosphere is unbeatable – you can tell this is a labor of love, and it truly feels like you’re eating at a cozy, family-run pizzeria in the heart of Italy. The service was fantastic too – Dan is extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our pizza!
